WARRANTY

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Effective September 4, 2026

Mini RCR stands behind the materials and workmanship of its T3 and F2 electric bikes. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and is valid for six months from the date of purchase.

What this warranty covers

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship affecting the lithium-ion battery, electric motor, controller, frame, body, suspension, and other original components supplied by Mini RCR.

Coverage applies only when the bike has been operated, charged, stored, and maintained according to Mini RCR instructions.

What this warranty does not cover

  • Normal wear, including tires, tubes, brake components, belts, finishes, and other consumable items
  • Damage caused by impacts, crashes, accidents, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or improper storage
  • Water intrusion, extreme weather exposure, corrosion, or other environmental damage
  • Battery damage caused by improper charging, an incompatible charger, power surges, deep discharge, misuse, poor maintenance, or water exposure
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, tuning, software changes, or third-party parts or modifications
  • Damage to the motor, battery, controller, suspension, axle, frame, or electronics resulting from modification

Any unauthorized modification may void warranty coverage for the affected bike or component. Mini RCR will determine whether a reported condition qualifies for coverage under this limited warranty.

Owner eligibility

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required for every claim.

How to submit a claim

Complete the warranty claim form on this page or email support@minircr.com. Include your name, order information, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the affected area.

Our team will review the submitted information and may request additional documentation. If a claim is approved, Mini RCR will repair or replace the defective covered part at no cost. Repairs or replacements performed without prior written authorization from Mini RCR may void coverage.

Shipping damage

Shipping damage is handled separately from the limited warranty. Inspect the bike immediately upon delivery.

  • Note visible damage on the carrier’s bill of lading before accepting the shipment.
  • Report shipping damage to Mini RCR within 30 days of delivery.
  • Provide dated photographs of the bike, the damaged area, and the packaging.
  • Keep all original packaging and shipping paperwork until the claim is resolved.

Mini RCR is not responsible for damage that occurs through an independent shipping service or freight forwarder selected by the customer.

Class 2 compliance

Every T3 and F2 sold by Mini RCR is delivered in Class 2 configuration with motor assistance governed to 20 mph. Laws vary by location, and the owner is responsible for following all applicable federal, state, and local rules.

Modifying a bike to operate outside its delivered Class 2 configuration may void the warranty, change its legal classification, require registration, licensing, or insurance, and increase the risk of injury or property damage. Mini RCR is not responsible for consequences resulting from unauthorized modifications or operation outside applicable laws.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed while the purchaser retains possession of the bike, warranty service will be suspended until the payment dispute is fully resolved.
